Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1. Seller and scope

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all sales concluded on the website diamondpaintingcentral.com between the company diamondpaintingcentral.com, the "Seller" (contact@diamondpaintingcentral.com), and any person who places an order, the "Buyer". Placing an order implies acceptance of the GTC in force at the time of the order. Any deviation must be granted in writing by customer service.

Article 2. Products

The shop offers diamond painting kits (diamond embroidery), accessories and personalised kits made from the Buyer's photo. The essential characteristics appear on each product page. Colours may vary slightly depending on the screen. A kit contains small parts: it must be kept out of reach of young children.

Article 3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros as they appear on the product page and in the basket; the shop does not add any additional tax to this amount at the time of ordering. Delivery charges are displayed before payment. For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees are payable by the recipient, as are any bank charges. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4. "Buy 2, get 1 free" offer

When the offer is active, the cheapest of three eligible items placed in the same basket is free, automatically and without a code. The eligible items and the validity period are those indicated on the offer page. The offer may be withdrawn at any time without affecting confirmed orders.

Article 5. Order

The order is placed online: choosing products, basket, address, delivery method, payment, confirmation. An e-mail confirms the order. An order being prepared or already dispatched can no longer be cancelled or changed. The Seller may refuse or cancel an order in the event of an existing dispute, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or unavailability; the Buyer is then informed and refunded the sums paid.

Article 6. Payment

Payment is due at the time of ordering. The methods offered at the payment stage depend on the country and the amount: bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, among others. Payments are processed by secure providers; the Seller never has access to your full card number. The order is processed after payment confirmation. See the secure payment page.

Article 7. Delivery

The order is dispatched within 2 working days after payment. The delivery time varies depending on the country, from 2 to 45 days. In the event of a delay, an enquiry is opened with the carrier. If the Buyer has not received their order 6 weeks after dispatch, the Seller resends it free of charge or refunds it if resending is impossible. If the parcel is refused or returned for a reason beyond the Seller's control (incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, customs), resending fees may be charged. Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery of the parcel. In the event of a damaged or incomplete parcel, the Buyer submits their reservations to the carrier where possible and informs the Seller promptly, with photos. See the delivery page.

Article 8. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

The consumer has 14 days from receipt of the parcel to withdraw, without having to give a reason. They inform the Seller by a clear statement (e-mail to contact@diamondpaintingcentral.com), then return the product no later than 14 days after this notification, complete and in its original packaging. The Seller refunds the payments received, including standard delivery charges, no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal, and may defer the refund until the product is received or proof of its dispatch is provided. The consumer is liable in the event of depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish its nature and characteristics. Exclusion: this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, in particular kits made from their photo.

Article 9. 30-day commercial guarantee

In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, the Seller grants 30 days from receipt to return a kit that is not suitable, in accordance with the conditions of the returns policy. This guarantee is in addition to legal rights without replacing them.

Article 10. Legal guarantees

The Seller is liable for defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years, and for hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). To make a claim, write to us with the date and proof of purchase, a description of the problem and photos. If replacement or repair is impossible, the Seller will refund. Damage, normal wear and tear and defects caused by misuse are not covered.

Article 11. Personalised products

For a kit made from a photo, the Buyer guarantees that they hold the rights to the image sent and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties. A photo of insufficient quality may produce a blurred result: the Seller may contact the Buyer before printing. See the guide to choosing your photo.

Article 12. Force majeure

The Seller is not liable for delays or inability to deliver caused by an event of force majeure: natural disaster, severe weather, strike, blockade, customs decision or unforeseeable event.

Article 13. Personal data

The data collected (identity, address, e-mail, order history) is used to process the order, ensure delivery and tracking, meet legal obligations and, with your consent, send offers. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties without necessity (carrier, payment, hosting, messaging). You can visit the shop without providing any information; a customer account is optional. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by e-mail to contact@diamondpaintingcentral.com, with the option of lodging a complaint with the CNIL.

Article 14. Complaints, mediation and applicable law

For any complaint, first contact customer service: contact@diamondpaintingcentral.com. If no solution is found, the consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge (articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). The Terms and Conditions are governed by French law; the rules of jurisdiction of the French Consumer Code protect the consumer.
