1. Delay in Delivery
In the event of a delivery delay, our team is available to assist you. An investigation will be initiated and, if necessary, your order may be reshipped free of charge after verification.
By law, we must wait 4 to 6 weeks before considering a package as lost. If you have not received your order 6 weeks after it was shipped, please contact us at https://diamondpaintingcentral.com/gb/ . We will then resend your order free of charge. No refunds will be issued, but a credit note may be offered if the package is lost again.
If your package is refused by customs or returned for another reason beyond our control, reshipping fees may be charged.
2. Return of Order
If the product received does not match your order or is defective, you have 7 days from receipt to request a return. After this period, only the warranty (6 to 12 months depending on the product) will apply.
Returned products must be in their original condition with complete packaging. No returns will be accepted without prior agreement.
3. Product Warranty
All our diamond painting kits come with a supplier warranty covering manufacturing, material or design defects.
- Warranty period: between 6 and 12 months depending on the product.
- Not covered: breakages, normal wear and tear or defects related to misuse.
To activate the warranty, it is necessary to provide:
- The date and proof of purchase
- A clear description of the problem
- Photos of the defective product
If an exchange or repair is not possible, we will offer a refund or equivalent credit. Labor costs are covered, but the warranty does not extend the initial term.
4. Damaged Package
If your package arrives in poor condition, please refuse it to the carrier. Otherwise, accepting the package will make you liable for the condition of the products.
5. Rates
All prices displayed on https://diamondpaintingcentral.com/gb/ are in euros, excluding taxes (VAT). Shipping, customs, and any bank charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
Prices may be changed at any time, but the amount charged is the one in effect at the time the order is validated.
6. Delivery
Once the order is validated and paid, shipping takes place within 2 business days. Delivery times vary between 2 and 45 days depending on the destination country.

7. Return Policy
All returns must be approved by our customer service department. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and proof of shipment may be requested.
Refunds are issued in the form of a credit equivalent to 85% of the order value (15% is retained for administrative and restocking fees). The product must be returned in its original condition.
